Georgia’s J.J. Frazier again named Georgia Player of the Year by Atlanta Tipoff Club

Capping off his senior season in Athens, Georgia guard J.J. Frazier picked up another postseason award on Thursday afternoon.

J.J. Frazier has been named 2017 Georgia College Basketball Players of the Year by the Atlanta Tipoff Club, it was announced on Thursday.

Frazier, a native of Glennville, also won the same award in 2016, making him only the second Bulldog to win the award twice. Jarvis Hayes was also named ATC’s Player of the Year twice in 2002 and 2003.

Frazier, a Glennville native, was also named to the USBWA All-District Team and was a Southeastern Conference First Team selection.
